Terms of Use for Journey with Nikita's Mindfulness Membership
1. Acceptance of Terms By subscribing to Journey with Nikita's Mindfulness Membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not subscribe or use the membership services.
2. Membership Services The membership provides access to digital resources including guided meditations, yoga tutorials, mindfulness exercises, monthly masterclasses, and community support. These resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
3. Subscription and Payment Membership is billed on a monthly basis and/or per course. Payment must be made in advance for each month or for the course you wish to purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for partial months.
4. Cancellation and Termination You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the membership services until the end of your current billing period. Journey with Nikita reserves the right to terminate your membership for any violation of these terms or misuse of the services.
5. Password and Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. Sharing your password with others is strictly prohibited. Each individual must pay for their own membership. Any breach of this clause may result in the termination of your membership.
6. Intellectual Property All content provided through the membership, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, and workshops, is the intellectual property of Journey with Nikita. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of managing your membership and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Limitation of Liability The Mindfulness Membership is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Journey with Nikita will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the membership services.
9. Changes to Terms Journey with Nikita reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or through the membership platform. Continued use of the membership services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
